Open Days
We offer the opportunity for students to visit our offices and learn more about life as a Patent Attorney by attending one of our open days.
The aim of the open day is to give you an idea of what the job involves on a day to day basis. The day includes a series of talks and practical exercises which cover topics such as patent drafting, patent prosecution and managing the workload.
We try to include plenty of opportunity to talk to people with varying levels of experience of the job. Therefore, the sessions will be run by partners in the firm, by qualified patent agents and by trainees who have only been with us for a year or two. We also have a lunchtime buffet where you get the chance to meet some of the other members of the firm.
The next open days are likely to be in November/December 2010. Dates will be posted nearer the time.
